Cancellation before shipping:

• If you have prepaid for your order, you are eligible for a full refund including delivery charges. If you have prepaid for your order, please contact us, and we will process your refund.
• If you have chosen the postpaid option, your order will be canceled, and no charges will apply.

Cancellation after shipping:

• In case your order has already been shipped, you are eligible for a refund after deducting the delivery charges. If you have prepaid for your order, please contact us, and we will process your refund.
• If you have chosen the postpaid option, your order will be canceled, but the delivery charges for this order will be collected on future purchases.

Additional Information:

Please note that cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe and we reserve the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already been processed.
