Romjee Return and Replacement Policy

At Romjee, we are committed to providing our customers in India with the highest quality sports equipments and the best possible shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following return and replacement policy for all of our sports equipments.

Covered by the return and replacement policy:

  • Delivered the wrong product
  • Delivered damaged product
  • The customer changed his mind

Delivered the wrong product:

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you have the option to initiate a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened. If a refund is requested, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be refunded. If a replacement is requested, we will send the correct product at no additional cost to you.

Delivered damaged product:

If you receive a product that is damaged, you have the option to initiate a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must not have been used. If a refund is requested, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be refunded. If a replacement is requested, we will send a new, undamaged product at no additional cost to you.

The customer changed his mind:

If you change your mind about the product you received, you have the option to initiate a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened or used. If a refund is requested, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting delivery charges for collecting the product from you. If a replacement is requested, a new product will be delivered, but a new delivery charge will be applied.

Additional Information:

Please note that personalized or custom-made sports equipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
