Delivered the wrong product:

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you have the option to initiate a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened. If a refund is requested, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be refunded. If a replacement is requested, we will send the correct product at no additional delivery cost to you.

Delivered damaged product:

If you receive a product that is damaged, you have the option to initiate a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must not have been used. If a refund is requested, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be refunded. If a replacement is requested, we will send a new, undamaged product at no additional delivery cost to you.
